Welcome Coaches

Coaching an OotM team is a unique and rewarding experience. Over the course of several months you will facilitate the development of creative thinking skills, divergent problem solving abilities, and cooperative team membership in a group of five to seven kids. It's quite a journey with its share of ups and downs, but by the end you will undoubtedly find it to be one of the most meaningful jobs you've ever done.  Below is some general information and guidelines to help you navigate the Odyssey season.
