Coaches are a central and necessary figure in the Odyssey program. You dedicate and volunteer your time to enable a team to create their solution for the competition. You teach and encourage them to explore their creativity, solve problems, and be supportive team players. You may also be giving up some of your personal space--like your garage--for them to build and store their props and sets for several months. In other words, you're all in! But, it's important to remember that you have rights too. The following document will remind you to set appropriate boundaries, and it's a good idea to share with the team and parents too.
